Who we are

This website, aecveda.com, is run by Indravadan Vala, trading as AECVeda (“AECVeda”, “we”). This policy covers this website. The AECVeda TMS app at app.aecveda.com has its own privacy policy, published inside the app.

What we collect

You can read this website without giving us any personal data. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. If we turn on website analytics, it records anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, which comes from your IP address.

How we use it

We use your messages only to reply to you and to give you the information you asked for. We use analytics only to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Cookies and third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. If we add analytics or advertising tools (Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or the LinkedIn Insight Tag), they may set cookies to measure visits and ad results. We will update this page before turning any of them on.

How long we keep it

We keep emails for as long as needed to answer you and for normal business records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept in summary form only.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and where it applies, the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent. Write to hello@aecveda.com and we will reply within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
